Today was thankfully uneventful, especially compared to yesterday. Chris and Rob went golfing so I watched the kids. Brayden is growing up so much every day. It's like being here has sent his development soaring at warp speed. I'm sure that hanging out with 6 and 8 year olds has something to do with that, haha. I can tell he's having so much fun, and that's the best thing a mom can watch. He's Kade's little buddy; they run around and play so cute. His jabbers are sounding more and more like words every day. I miss the baby stages but these toddler ones are so much fun! He's the best. I love being his mommy and I love the closeness I feel to my mom when I snuggle him.
We had a team meeting today for work and I feel so blessed to be working with such incredible people. There have been some "trying" moments but I really do love working where I do. I feel so blessed to still have a job, even when I'm halfway across the country. Oh, technology. :)

Oh Shalon! It's so fun to know someone who is going through the same thing as me! I'm going to log on everyday to read your adventures. I haven't really been able to check blogs after our move until today, but I enjoyed catching up on yours. I can't believe you killed a puppy... wow... I felt bad for you but I had to laugh too. "That puppy was a biter, is that why you killed him?" Funny stuff.
Haha yyyyeah...not what I expected to do within the first week of living here. Oy. I'm trying to find them a new puppy but I think I might wait until we're about to live at our house - you know, just in case. Ahh!
I love that we're going through the same thing! I'll be logging in to read about your adventures too; just watch out for puppies and you'll probably make friends faster than I have. :)
